REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

RETURN POLICY –

We offer refund / exchange within first 7 days from the date of your purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange or refund of any kind. In order to become eligible for a return or an exchange, (i) the purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it, (ii) the item must have original packaging, (iii) if the item that you purchased on a sale, then the item may not be eligible for a return / exchange. Further, only such items are replaced by us (based on an exchange request), if such items are found defective or damaged.

REFUND POLICY –

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

  1. Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 7 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to such sellers / merchant(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
  2. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once the seller/ merchant listed on the Platform, has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  3. In case of complaints regarding the products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
  4. In case of any refunds approved by Ashish Mishra, it will take 10 days for the refund to be processed to you in original payment method.

You agree that there may be a certain category of products / items that are exempted from returns or refunds. Such categories of the products would be identified to you at the item of purchase. For exchange / return accepted request(s) (as applicable), once your returned product / item is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you about receipt of the returned / exchanged product. Further. If the same has been approved after the quality check at our end, your request (i.e. return / exchange) will be processed in accordance with our policies.

You can cancel any order placed, provided it has not been dispatched. In this case, you need to intimate Tantraastro by e-mail (info@tantraastro.com) or call with purchasing details as soon as purchase is done.

tantraastro.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for any product that is listed at an incorrect price. In case, you are charged, the same shall be credited to your account (whichever is used at time of purchasing the product) and duly notified by email.

You must use your own credit card for credit card transactions. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on you and the responsibility to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on you. In case you received an open or unsealed package from Tantraastro shipping partners, please do not accept the shipment and intimate Tantra Astro to investigate the issue. Tantra Astro will replace the product without additional charges.

Tantraastro takes quality as one of their top values. In case of any complaint, a special team will be assigned to investigate the matter in order to refund or replace the product to you. This process may take 3-4 weeks depending on concerns received by you.

Due to the nature of these services, once they are provided, we are unable to offer a refund. However, if you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days of the service completion. We will evaluate your concerns and, where applicable, offer a reasonable resolution, including the possibility of a follow-up session.

2. Products
We offer a wide range of spiritual and healing products, including energized Rudraksha, Gems, Crystals, Mals, Saligrams, Healing Items, Feng Shui items, Vastu items, Astro-related products, Jadi, Rare Tantra items, and other religious products.

  • Returns and Refunds:
    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you in processing a return or exchange.
    • Products that are opened or used, such as energized items, mala, crystals, or personal care products, are not eligible for a return or refund unless they are faulty or defective.
    • Custom or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Cancellation:
    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, cancellations are no longer possible.
    • If you wish to cancel a service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a nominal fee.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Certain items and services are exempt from refund or cancellation policies, including but not limited to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Opened or used products
  • Products on sale or discounted offers

4. Process for Refunds
If your request meets the criteria for a refund, we will process it within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that any bank charges or transaction fees associated with the refund will be borne by the customer.
